We aim to provide effective career advice for second level senior cycle and third level students.
The central tenet of this programme is to identify the choices that might be best suited to your unique set of interests and strengths, aptitudes and personality preferences.

We use the SMART Programme -Start-Measure-Analyse-Report-Transform- to go through a number of stages of evaluation, discussion and assessment, usually comprising 2 sessions, each lasting in the region of 1.5 - 2 hours. The sessions are online with additional work and assessments taking place offline as required. A PC/laptop and some personal space, free of interruptions, is the only requirement for the student to have available.
We generally look for the student to complete a brief Personal File and Parental Consent Form to use Zoom / Teams or a similar platform in advance, including their most recent examination results. When we receive the completed forms, Session 1 is arranged to further explain the process along with carrying out the early stages of the assessment process. Following further analyses and a psychometric assessment carried out offline, a second session is arranged to go through the results and findings and define the optimum career pathway for the student prior to entering third-level education and beyond.
Following completion of Session 2, a short summary report is provided of the results and analyses that have been carried out for future reference and to act as a useful reminder of the main findings of the discussions in the area that have taken place.
